Key Responsibilities:

+ Guest Interaction: Proactively engages with guests, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Responsible for delivering exceptional service levels. Handles check-ins and check-outs, verifies billing information, manages reservations, and accommodates special requests. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and operational hours of services. Collaborates effectively with team members to fulfill guest needs and supports other departments as required. Adheres to the guest service recovery protocols established by B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group.

+ Revenue Management: Implements effective selling strategies to optimize room revenue. Monitors room inventory, adheres to booking policies, and follows restrictions diligently. Enhances sales through up-selling of rooms and additional services. Ensures compliance with financial transaction procedures and proper cash handling as per B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group standards. Responsible for the appropriate use of equipment and follows cost control measures to minimize expenses and waste.

+ Workload Organization: Achieves required productivity levels by effectively planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks. Complies with general work rules and departmental procedures. Participates in all mandatory departmental and hotel meetings.

+ Safety and Compliance: Maintains a tidy and secure work environment in accordance with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, brand standards, and local regulations. Follows established procedures for guest and team member incidents and is knowledgeable about emergency protocols.

Required Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

+ A minimum of 1 year of experience in guest services, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong verbal communication skills are essential. Must exhibit attention to detail, customer orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

+ Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling weights up to 75 pounds occasionally. EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disabled
