We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Financial and Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing using QuickBooks and Intuit Timesheets for bi-weekly payrolls.
  • Ensure accurate posting of accounts receivable for timely financial transactions.

2. Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in payroll data entry and verification of employee work hours.
  • Support HR activities including employee onboarding, benefits management, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.

3. Administrative Functions:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the accounting and HR departments, as well as senior management.
  • Address inquiries related to financial and HR matters from both internal and external sources.
  • Perform various tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing documents, and assisting executives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a solid grasp of office operations and administrative duties.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, along with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
