Key Responsibilities
  • Implement manufacturing workflows with an emphasis on productivity and speed
  • Assess production and machinery needs
  • Design and review both manual and automated systems
  • Resolve production challenges and interruptions
  • Maintain adherence to safety and environmental guidelines
  • Engage in physical activities that require lifting, standing, and coordination
  • Handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related production field
  • Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, tool engineering, and production techniques
  • Experience with manufacturing machinery and quality assurance
  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday with potential for overtime
  • Must be drug and alcohol-free
