Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Oversee the comprehensive management of the project, ensuring all objectives are met according to the defined timelines and budgetary limits. This encompasses crafting detailed project plans, establishing milestones, and effectively coordinating resources.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Cultivate robust relationships to guarantee alignment on project objectives.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
10 to 15 years of experience managing large-scale projects within the Utilities sector, specifically related to Smart Grid, IoT, and GE Grid Solutions.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Smart Grid technologies and their application within the utilities sector.
Proficiency in IoT and its integration with energy management systems.
Extensive experience with GE Grid Solutions, including software and hardware components.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, focused on motivating and guiding diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management Skills:
Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
