Job Title: District Manager, Peripheral Vascular

Medtronic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our Peripheral Vascular sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue and profitability goals for our district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability goals for the district.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with local Medtronic cardiovascular group (CVG) sales and leadership teams to drive business growth.
  • Manage and develop sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve performance and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of medical sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
