We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a School-Based Therapist, you will work with children affected by autism and their families, providing in-home behavioral intervention and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-home behavioral intervention services to children and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, social work)
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
