Key Responsibilities:

The Engineering & Manufacturing Manager will oversee the daily design and production operations within the organization. This role involves acting as the technical authority during the preparation and manufacturing phases of product designs, ensuring successful installation.

  • Direct and manage all daily manufacturing operations, including oversight of the Design and Manufacturing Engineer
  • Coordinate project management efforts for design readiness ahead of manufacturing
  • Identify and allocate necessary technical skills, resources, and systems to achieve project goals
  • Ensure quality control in manufacturing processes and meet performance objectives
  • Manage vendor qualifications and maintain vendor relationships
  • Lead the process of generating quotations and production budgets
  • Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Provide technical engineering insights and contribute to risk management strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the Design and Manufacturing Engineer on technical drawings and manufacturing readiness
  • Work alongside the Service and Operations Team to support product testing and validation
  • Contribute to planning efforts for product enhancements, reliability, and safety
  • Develop budgets and assign resources effectively
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Engage in the formulation of engineering policies, procedures, and best practices
