Competent in team leadership, interviewing, and food preparation

Experienced in inventory management and POS systems

Prior experience in upscale casual or fine dining is essential

Familiar with food production, catering, bar management, and bartending

Capable of managing payroll, administrative duties, and training & development


Requirements:

Full & Open Availability

Food Handlers Certificate

Proficient in Google Drive (sheets, docs, calendar, meet)

Minimum of 3 years in upscale management roles
