Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and seating to maximize table turnover and ensure a smooth dining experience
  • Anticipate and accommodate guest needs, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area and venue, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Process reservations, answer guest questions, and provide information on menu items and promotions
  • Work closely with the dining room team to ensure a seamless service experience
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up the front desk area and performing side-work
  • Report any breakage, damage, or equipment issues to management
  • Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in training sessions and departmental meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or nightclub
  • Previous Maitre'D or Tao Group Hospitality Wing experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods
