Position Summary:

As a vital member of our team, you will ensure a pristine and orderly store atmosphere with a primary focus on floor maintenance. Your responsibilities will encompass the operation of cleaning equipment, including scrubbers and buffers, as well as tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass surfaces. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention protocols while being cross-trained to assist in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

  • Exemplify established customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture through principles of honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Uphold all cleanliness standards for floor care, including the maintenance and operation of cleaning machinery.
  • Ensure organizational and cleanliness standards are met across the entire store, including the Sales Floor, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies, including the replenishment of essential items in various areas.
  • Be versatile and assist in different store areas as needed.
  • Support Front End coverage requirements.
  • Adhere to merchandising guidelines and signage standards.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day.
  • Follow all operational and loss prevention protocols in line with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Comply with all labor laws and company policies regarding breaks and meal periods.
  • Engage in safety practices to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
