The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist is essential in ensuring exceptional quality and service for our esteemed members. The role involves upholding the cleanliness and hygiene of culinary equipment, dishware, glassware, and cutlery to comply with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dishwashing machinery to clean and sanitize kitchen items
  • Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen tools and food preparation areas
  • Handle and store kitchen implements properly
  • Manage kitchen waste disposal and organize cleaning supplies
  • Adhere to safety protocols regarding chemical usage
  • Exhibit flexibility to work during holidays and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Previous experience in the food & beverage sector is advantageous
  • Possess a valid Food Handlers Card issued by the State of California
  • Strong communication abilities

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
  • Perform various physical activities including bending, pushing, pulling, and kneeling
  • Adaptable to different environmental conditions

Salary Range: $22 - $24 per hour
