The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of labor and employment legislation, particularly focusing on individual and class action litigation.

Job Responsibilities:
Is your background a match?

  • JD degree from an accredited law institution

What will you be doing?

  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients on a variety of labor and employment issues, including hiring, termination, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
  • Represent clients in all facets of employment litigation, including class action defense, before state and federal courts, administrative bodies, and arbitration panels
  • Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and agreements to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor and employment laws
  • Conduct thorough and effective legal research and analysis to offer strategic advice to clients
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to devise and implement effective litigation strategies
