We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to join our team at SSM Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction on patient care and nursing-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient services and nursing practice standards and guidelines across the organization to ensure the safe provision of quality patient care.
  • Lead and direct strategic nursing and patient care practice and standards, patient safety, clinical outcomes, and patient, employee, and physician satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets for patient services operations, analyze variances, and develop plans to improve productivity and performance.
  • Maintain knowledge and achieve compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, licensure, accreditation requirements, and internal controls.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Eight years of nursing experience, with four years in leadership.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Wisconsin or compact state.
