Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our pediatric services at UW Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing practice and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance access, quality, safety, and patient experience
  • Align initiatives with Magnet principles and maintain our organization's Magnet status

Requirements

  • Master's degree in nursing administration or a related field
  • Seven years of progressively responsible nursing management experience
  • Experience working in pediatric areas, such as inpatient, outpatient, or critical care nursing
