  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash, managing inventory, and ensuring the department is clean and organized.
  • Stay up-to-date on seafood products, promotions, and sales to provide expert knowledge to customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
  • 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
  • Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment.
