Starbucks Lead Barista

As a Starbucks Lead Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of baristas to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Lead a team of baristas to ensure quality customer service and meet sales targets.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks and coffee of the day.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and appealing customer service area and equipment.
• Assist customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales.
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning standards and work as a store team player.
• Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication with all customer and partner interactions.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a related role.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Able to calmly, courteously, and tactfully handle stressful situations and make a positive impression on associates and customers.
• Must be a trained and certified barista.
