Job Title: Residence Director Assistant

At Seven Hills Foundation, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residence Director Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our residences and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Residence Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned residence, including direct care, staff supervision, and crisis management.
  • Implement ISP/Support Plans and strategies as written, demonstrating accurate data collection procedures and consistent use of described support strategies.
  • Participate in supervision meetings with the Residence Director and assist with completing financial documentation and performance evaluations.
  • Provide on-call coverage as assigned/trained, coordinating care in response to incidents and collaborating with the Area Director and/or AVP.
  • Maintain all required certifications, such as medication administration, First Aid & CPR, and successfully complete all required training in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License & Good Driving Record
  • Prior direct care experience
