Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout lanes, and surrounding areas.
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Most of the time is spent moving about frequently on hard surfaces, with occasional bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.
  • Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting and moving of heavy and/or awkward objects greater than 30 pounds with assistance.
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises.
