Warranty Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Wickstrom Chevrolet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on warranty claims to ensure timely payment from manufacturers, extended warranty providers, and fleet companies.

This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit warranty claims in a timely manner
• Process all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verification of criteria
• Reconcile warranty receivables and work with the accounting office to obtain payments
• Maintain accurate service and customer records as required by warrantors
• Prevent potential audits by maintaining accurate records and procedures
