Warranty Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Wickstrom Chevrolet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the dealership is paid for warranty work from manufacturers, extended warranty companies, and fleet providers.

This includes preparing, submitting, and following up on claims, as well as processing all warranty paperwork and reconciling receivables.

The Automotive Warranty Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records and preventing potential audits.

A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this position.

• Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers, extended warranty companies, and fleet providers.
• Process all warranty paperwork, including documentation and verification of required criteria.
• Reconcile all warranty receivables and collaborate with the accounting office to obtain payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service and customer records as required by warrantors.
• Prevent potential audits by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
