We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Dartmouth Health's Department of Psychiatry. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work or a related field and be licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in New Hampshire.
Responsibilities- Provide psychosocial assessments and counseling to patients and families in the HIV program, as well as patients living with HCV and taking PrEP.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for patients within areas including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Master's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Must be able to demonstrate that he or she has provided psychological services, on an inpatient, outpatient, or consultative basis in the past 12 months.
- Required licensure/certifications include a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in New Hampshire.
