Vestis is seeking a skilled Washroom Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our laundry equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Verify machine safety devices before operating equipment and record and sign the appropriate equipment safety form.
- Retrieve slings from storage and maneuver them to the washers' rails and in front of the washer when loading the washer.
- Obtain extracted slings from the overhead feed rail if loading a dryer and verify each batch ticket to avoid mixing lots and batches.
- Stage similar batches together for maximum product/wash utilization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
