Vestis is seeking a skilled Washroom Operator to join our team. As a key member of our laundry operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Verify machine safety devices before operating equipment and record the necessary safety forms.
- Retrieve and maneuver slings to the washer's rails and in front of the washer for loading.
- Obtain extracted slings from the overhead feed rail and verify batch tickets to avoid mixing lots and batches.
- Stage similar batches together for maximum product/wash utilization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You should also be comfortable with manual labor and be able to lift and move equipment as needed.
