Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Relations Director to join our team at Senior Lifestyle. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new residents to our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Conduct Tours: Organize and conduct tours with prospective residents to showcase our communities and services.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Respond to all walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and Implement Events: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director to plan and implement events that attract prospective residents, current leads, and professionals.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, families, and professional providers of care.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs and stay informed of trends, developments, concepts, and techniques in the field that affect our product.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Secure the required number of budgeted move-ins and achieve net gains each month.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate any special needs of the incoming resident to the appropriate personnel and maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Requirements
  • Experience: Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Experience with a competitive outside and inside sales environment, college degree preferred but not required, outgoing, personable, competitive, organized, and self-motivated leader.
  • Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license, English fluency preferred, and proficiency with CRM systems and metrics.
