High Tide Hospitality, Ace no.3 - Shift Manager

The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance of the restaurant, focusing on team leadership, customer satisfaction, financial outcomes, and operational effectiveness. This position requires collaboration with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Key Customer Requirements during each shift
  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage prime costs through effective labor management and food cost oversight
  • Handle opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks, including food preparation, team oversight, guest engagement, cleaning duties, and light administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a quick-service restaurant or similar environment
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for managing a diverse team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
  • ServSafe Food Manager certification is preferred

Benefits and Compensation:

  • No late-night shifts; our locations close at 9 PM Sunday to Thursday and 10 PM Friday and Saturday
  • Work hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Closed on major holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
