About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the ICE | IMSL POEM Clinic. As an LPN, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support the delivery of services in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses with providing basic, direct patient assessment.
  • Perform intake exams and health screenings, monitor vital signs, collect various swabs and specimens, and administer diagnostic tests.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement patient treatment plans by evaluating patient well-being, reporting any needs to medical staff, and explaining treatments and procedures.
  • Provide high-standard care and customer service to patients and families.
  • Maintain organized medical records and fulfill records requests.
  • Participate in ad-hoc research projects to improve performance management and patient care.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited LPN program.
  • A valid LPN license.
  • A minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience.
