Key Responsibilities- Provide diabetes self-management education and training to individuals and groups.
- Oversight of program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Development and direction of program marketing, curriculum selection, and materials review.
- Establishment and maintenance of partnerships with community groups, payers, and referral sources.
- Certified as a diabetes education specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Salary Range$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
