About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Atlanta Design Group (ADG). As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our office operations, including Human Resources, Facility Maintenance, General Office Administration, and IT coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all administrative duties in the office ensuring it runs efficiently.
  • Manage the Receptionist duties, greeting visitors, and directing phone calls.
  • Source and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replacement and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with external IT providers to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Oversee facility management to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate employee vacations and PTO, adhering to company policies.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Identify areas for improvement in office operations and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Manage garnishment-related tasks.
  • Coordinate annual insurance renewals, including medical, dental, and vision.
  • Manage company-wide insurance programs, including Workers' Compensation, Auto, Umbrella, and Tailored insurances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in executive leadership and office management.
  • Excellent business acumen, with expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Visionary leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, change, and business transformation.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, office equipment, and basic IT knowledge.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
