Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mammography Technologist to join our team at Glendive Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing mammography procedures with precision and care, ensuring the highest quality images for our patients.

• Perform mammography procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Position patients for exams and ensure proper radiation protection and precautions.
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Develop and retake mammograms as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Document patient information and mammogram results accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

• Montana State Radiology License and active registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
• Mammography certification required or able to be obtained.
• One year of previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

This position requires prolonged periods of standing, reaching, and bending, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Good vision, hearing, and communication skills are also essential.
