Tesla Collision Repair Program

The Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a skilled Collision Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical role in supporting the latest EV technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to follow industry standards and best practices
  • Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles, adhering to Tesla-specific repair procedures
  • Utilize advanced tools and techniques, including Celette Frame Jigs, to ensure precise repairs
  • Glue, rivet, and weld structural components with precision and accuracy
  • Repair exterior cosmetic panels using metal finishing and body filler techniques
  • Replace all parts associated with collision repair, including body panels, suspension parts, and vehicle structure
  • Proficient in Mig Welding and other advanced repair techniques
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician
  • Ability to read and comprehend automotive repair procedures
  • Excellent attitude and teamwork skills
  • Neat and organized work habits
  • Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and I-CAR Mig Welding certification a plus
  • Valid Driver's License, preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Expected Compensation: $30.50 - $82.80/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
