Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

  • One year of practical experience in industrial safety, safety management systems, training, field/site safety auditing, project management, and hazard identification and control.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of practical experience in industrial safety, safety management systems, training, field/site safety auditing, project management, and hazard identification and control.
  • Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and electrical standards.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions

The Safety Specialist will work in a business office setting and at project sites, requiring the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The position requires the ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 8 hours per day, including walking long distances, up and down stairs, and on uneven ground.
