**Clinical Social Work Specialist**

At Nightingale's List, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Work Specialist to provide mental health services to inmates at our Correctional Facility. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, ensuring the well-being and rehabilitation of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage psychiatric disorders, developing effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in crisis interventions, group psychotherapy, and face-to-face interviews.
  • Document all care provided, including participation in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
  • Maintain safety and security, ensuring proper conduct of inmates to prevent harm.
  • Comprehend and adhere to CA and CDCR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Current LCSW certification valid in California.
  • Minimum of 12 continuous months of similar experience within the last 3 years.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory for effective communication and patient care.
