Impactful Contributions
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly operational reconciliations and serve as the primary contact for internal audit compliance and tasks.
- Manage transactional duties and cash balancing for the branch, including overseeing branch currency requirements.
- Supervise tellers as needed and provide training and mentorship for new tellers and personal bankers in transactional responsibilities.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to balancing procedures.

Customer Engagement
- Exhibit outstanding communication and service skills to engage customers regarding their financial needs and connect them with appropriate products and services.

- Educate clients on various banking channels, including online and mobile banking, interactive tellers, and full-service ATMs that enhance convenience and value.

- Thrive in a goal-oriented, collaborative environment with frequent interactions with team members.

Knowledge and Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fees, policies, and current offers to assist customers with both consumer and business product recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, staying informed about changes, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, and Bank Security.

Community Involvement
- Make a positive impact in the communities served by engaging in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities and financial literacy initiatives.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year cash handling experience in a banking or retail setting preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and foster client relationships, even in challenging situations.

- Ability to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds and maintain regular and reliable attendance.

- Collaborate effectively with others.
