Position Overview:
As an integral part of our operations, the Boilermaker will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of pressure vessels and related components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and replace faulty parts in pressure vessels, including safety valves and regulators.
- Engage in demolition and structural fitting tasks.
- Utilize rigging techniques and coordinate with crane operators to position heavy materials and components.
- Interpret blueprints to assess the layout and specifications of parts.
- Adhere to instructions from supervisory personnel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of years in industrial maintenance is required.
- Familiarity with industrial power and hand tools is essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Comprehensive knowledge of machinery and tools, including their design, application, and upkeep.
- Ability to communicate effectively regarding concerns identified during inspections.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good manual dexterity and aptitude.
- Proficient reading comprehension.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The role necessitates significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting. Communication will involve verbal interactions.
Employees will utilize their arms and hands for various tasks, including signaling, grasping, holding, turning, pushing, and pulling objects and tools. Attention to detail is crucial for understanding directions. Lifting, carrying, and moving objects safely is part of the job. The position requires working at heights, climbing ladders, and operating from platforms. Vision capabilities must include focusing on short and long distances, recognizing colors, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory, including hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, masks, safety vests, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
The work environment may vary with weather conditions, including warm to cool temperatures and occasional rain. Employees will work at various elevations with moderate to high noise levels. Job sites will feature a range of equipment, from light to heavy machinery, along with tools and materials.
