In this position, you will focus primarily on oncology patients, engaging in critical tasks such as:
- Maintaining and reviewing patient medication profiles.
- Verifying physician medication orders and patient medical records.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe medication practices and prevent misuse.
- Providing clinical pharmacy services, including pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, and IV/PO conversions.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly salary based on experience, with union representation.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate pharmacist who meets the following criteria:
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
- Valid California Pharmacy License.
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or a minimum of one year of pharmacy practice experience in oncology.
- Recent clinical oncology experience within the last five years.
- Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) is preferred.
- Previous experience in infusion pharmacy is advantageous.
- Familiarity with EPIC/Beacon systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to perform age-specific and disease-specific pharmacokinetic calculations.
