Pharmacist in Clinical Care

The clinical pharmacist plays a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care to patients. This position requires collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical care to patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes
  • Support nurses in and out of surgery, as well as other patient care tasks
  • Apply specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection
Requirements:
  • PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • California Pharmacist Registration
  • Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license (where applicable)
  • Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) certification (where applicable)
  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency (preferred)
