Position Highlights
The RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Nursing by ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, leading to positive clinical outcomes and high levels of patient, family, and employee satisfaction.
• Lead, guide, and oversee the clinical operations of nursing units during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentoring staff while coordinating and communicating with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff levels to ensure safe, 24/7 nursing care, focusing on minimizing overtime and agency personnel usage.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation for new hires, and provide recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
