We're seeking a passionate Registered Nurse with exceptional clinical skills to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing continuous cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia recognition, and intervention for patients with high acuity heart issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working closely with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of nursing best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia recognition for patients with high acuity heart issues.
  • Initiate complex cardiac related infusions at higher doses.
  • Care for patients with invasive lines, such as arterial lines and pulmonary artery catheters.

Requirements
  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Specialty certifications: CCRN/CMCCSCCHFN (preferred).
  • Previous Cardiac ICU Open Heart Recovery Advanced Heart Failure Impella VAD and ECMO experience (preferred).
  • ACLS certification or attainment within six months of hire.

Estimated Salary: $62,400 - $107,520 per year
