About the Position: As a Product Specialist and Brand Ambassador at Skechers U.S.A., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through excellent customer service. You will act as a product expert, serving as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers, and use your knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $17.00-$18.04 per hour, depending on experience. Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service.
  • Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers.
  • Continuously ensure floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning - whatever it takes to create a premier shopping experience for the customer.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, etc. at the point of sale.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service, and have a strong attention to detail. Prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
