About the Role

Providence is seeking a highly skilled RN Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient records to identify areas for quality improvement
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address quality concerns
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives and best practices
  • Participate in regulatory compliance activities to ensure adherence to Joint Commission and other regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in acute care nursing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
