Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Specialist Lead to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to patient services staff, ensuring excellent patient care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Manage and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a patient services or healthcare-related role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
