Position Overview:

As a Security and Safety Specialist at Bayview Resort, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our guests and property. You will actively monitor the premises, respond to emergencies, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the resort grounds, observing and reporting any activities that may compromise safety or security.
  • Respond to alarms and emergency situations, assessing circumstances and determining appropriate actions.
  • Document safety and security incidents and communicate findings to management and relevant authorities.
  • Monitor the entry and exit of employees, guests, and visitors to prevent theft and ensure property security.
  • Inspect buildings and facilities to ensure they are secure, reporting any vulnerabilities to supervisors.
  • Enforce safety and security policies in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for guests.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the resort.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both guests and team members.
  • Complete incident reports in accordance with company policy and submit them to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with basic security protocols and emergency response procedures is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Effective decision-making abilities in various situations.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and fellow team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Capability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and attention to detail.
