POSITION SUMMARY

As a Pool Services Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the pool environment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, while also guaranteeing that all essential safety apparatus is readily available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct regular assessments and adjustments of pool chemical levels, in compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Oversee and modify pool temperature as necessary to ensure guest comfort.
  • Execute routine cleaning operations including vacuuming, skimmer basket maintenance, backwashing filters, and surface skimming.
  • Monitor guest attendance to ensure compliance with capacity regulations.
  • Maintain hygiene and stock levels in poolside restrooms, ensuring adherence to facility rules.
  • Perform daily inspections and upkeep of safety equipment, including first aid supplies.
  • Daily sweeping of the pool deck and adjacent areas to uphold cleanliness.
  • Organize and sanitize poolside furniture to ensure it is in good condition.
  • Assist with the upkeep of communal areas and engage in landscaping tasks as required.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Completion of high school education is required.
  • Ability to comprehend written directives and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations, including email and internet navigation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including events outside of standard operating times.
