Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tasks and activities for knowledge translation and quality improvement projects under the guidance of the Program Manager.
  • Develop and edit educational materials and tools, including presentations, scripts, manuals, and assessments.
  • Schedule project meetings and document meeting progress/action items.
  • Participate in the development of procedures for research project administration and project goals.
  • Coordinate protocol implementation and handle administrative tasks for projects.
  • Assist with communication with internal and external partners for project coordination.
  • Assist with the presentation of webinars and other online sessions.
  • Monitor and manage records for project purposes.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions such as IRB applications under Program Manager supervision.
  • Participate in study meetings and provide updates on project status and operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous research experience.
