About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agricultural Research Technician to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will play a critical role in the application, evaluation, and development of cutting-edge technologies in our agriculture and specialty markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field trials and experiments to evaluate the efficacy and performance of crop protection and crop production products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and products.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from field trials and experiments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with growers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations for product improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an agricultural-related field, such as agronomy, horticulture, or plant science.
  • At least one year of experience in agricultural research or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of crop protection and crop production principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
