Job Overview

Holt Ag Solutions, LLC is a leading provider of equipment and technology solutions for customers in central northern California and Oregon. We're seeking an experienced technician to join our team.

This position is located in Richvale, California, and offers a unique opportunity to work with leading brands of farming equipment, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, CLAAS, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Replace worn or damaged parts, such as bearings, gears, and seals.
  • Use computer diagnostic tooling to repair tractors.
  • Utilize torch and welder for basic cutting, brazing, and welding as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and comply with environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
Work Environment

The work environment for this position is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles. The employee will work in outside weather conditions and may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration.
