- Welcome and engage with guests, addressing basic inquiries related to group services.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the event space throughout the duration of the event.
- Support servers by delivering food and non-alcoholic beverages to attendees.
- Assist in various capacities as directed by a lead or manager.
- Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with frequent bending and turning.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable with climbing ladders as necessary.
- Effective communication with guests, including the ability to take and deliver drink orders.
Special Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years (18 years to serve alcohol with valid TABC certification).
- Possession of a valid Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent license as per local regulations.
- Completion of training certification in accordance with company policy.
