Traveling Registered Nurse Opportunities

Mercyhealth Hopsital and Medical Center - Walworth is seeking experienced Traveling Registered Nurses to join our team. As a Traveling RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice act.
- Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient, as prescribed by Physician and/or hospital policy, including patient and family instruction.
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, may include shared governance.
- Utilize clinical expertise & guidance to other units/departments in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care.
- Candidates must have current WI License and CPR/BLS.
- RN must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu.
- Looking for submissions of travelers located at least 60 miles away from this location.
Every other weekend & holiday required. 12-hour shifts (Days) from 6:30 AM to 7 PM.
