Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing nutritional care to our PACE participants. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of nutrition and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans for PACE participants.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure comprehensive care and support for participants.
  • Implement nutrition interventions to maintain or improve nutritional-related medical diagnoses.
  • Document participant information in the electronic medical record and plan of care.
  • Attend Interdisciplinary Team meetings and participate in team activities as scheduled.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics or a related field.
  • Registration or registration eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Licensed or licensed eligible with the State of Iowa.
  • Current CPR/BCLS certification.
  • Maintains current Adult Mandatory Reporter status.
  • Maintains American National Standards Institute accredited food protection/safety certification.
