Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at UnityPoint Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional care to PACE participants as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess nutritional needs and develop and implement nutritional care plans for PACE participants.
  • Evaluate and report results of nutritional care plans, maintaining professional competency and skills required for professional practice.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure comprehensive care for PACE participants.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable PACE Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, as well as other policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registration or registration eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Licensed or licensed eligible with the State of Iowa.
  • Current CPR/BCLS certification.
  • Maintains current Adult Mandatory Reporter status.
  • Maintains American National Standards Institute accredited food protection/safety certification.
